We currently deliver throughout the United Kingdom. If you're located outside the UK and would like to place an order, please contact us and we'll be happy to provide a delivery quote where possible.

Most in-stock orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. Orders placed before 3pm are usually dispatched the same working day.

• Standard UK Delivery: 2–3 working days
  
• Large or pallet deliveries: 2–5 working days
  
• You'll receive tracking details as soon as your order has been dispatched.

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

To start a return, simply contact our customer support team with your order number and we'll guide you through the process.

Please note that some special order items may not be eligible for return unless faulty.

Once we've received and inspected your returned item, your refund will be processed within 3–5 working days.

Depending on your payment provider, it may take a few additional working days for the funds to appear in your account.
