At Trekka Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Your Right to Cancel (UK Law)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, please notify us within 14 days of receipt by emailing hello@trekkashop.com.

You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us. We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s).

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received.
  • In its original packaging.
  • Returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Items that have been used, installed, or damaged after delivery.
  • Perishable goods or items with hygiene seals that have been broken.
  • Custom or personalised orders.
  • Digital downloads or software.

3. How to Return an Item

  1. Email us at hello@trekkashop.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide you with return instructions and, where applicable, a returns address.
  3. Securely package the item and send it back using a tracked delivery service.
  4. Retain your proof of postage until your refund is confirmed.

Please note: Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.

4. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@trekkashop.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return postage.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

We reserve the right to make a deduction from the refund if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original and place a new order.

7. Sale Items

Sale items are eligible for return under the same conditions as full-price items, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
