Each output can deliver the charger's full rated current when required, making it ideal for multi-battery installations.
Built with a corrosion-resistant aluminium enclosure, stainless steel fixings, and protected internal electronics, the Centaur is specifically designed to withstand heat, humidity, and harsh marine environments. Its universal 90–265V AC input voltage allows worldwide operation without manual adjustment, while also accepting 90–400V DC input sources for maximum flexibility.
The charger uses a fully automatic three-stage IUoU charging algorithm with temperature compensation to ensure batteries are charged efficiently while maximising battery lifespan. Charging profiles can be selected for Flooded Lead-Acid, AGM, or Gel batteries via internal DIP switches.
